Online Baking Class - Bolas de Berlim (Portuguese Filled Donuts)
Learn to make these iconic Portuguese donuts often enjoyed on the beach!
Note this class is a demonstration class. If you wish, you may begin the process with Jeremiah and while your dough rises he will continue to demonstrate the process. You will then finish the donuts after class on your own.
In this class you will learn:
- How to make massa brioche - an enriched bread dough
- How to make creme de ovos - the classic egg yolk custard filling
- How to properly fry and fill the bolas
Each ticket allows access for one screen (multiple people may work from the same screen)
Shopping list and recipe will be provided 48 hours before class.
The class will be given over Zoom. Link will be provided 48 hours before class.
A heavy stand mixer, digital thermometer and digital scale to weigh ingredients is recommended for best results.
