Jeremiah Bakes - Baking Classes
These classes are held at my home in the Pocket area of Sacramento just south of downtown.
The classes are an intimate demonstration style class with plenty of hands on participation.
Classes are limited to 6 students.
The kitchen is on the second floor of my home. Students must be able to climb stairs.

Portuguese Pastry Classics Class
Learn to make:
Pastéis de nata - puff pastry custard tarts
Bolo de bolacha - Maria cookie and coffee buttercream cake
Tarte de amêndoa - caramelized almond tart
Price: $100
This is a demonstration style class with plenty of hands on participation. Each student will take home their own 6 inch bolo de bolacha, a half dozen pastéis de nata and a large portion of tarte de amêndoa.

Swedish Princess Cake Class
Learn to make:
Genoise sponge cake, pastry cream, raspberry jam, marzipan, marzipan roses and properly whipped cream.
Jeremiah will demonstrate how each element is made. Each student will then assemble and take home their own 6 inch Princess Cake.
